That is what it is called in Bangla -- ADDA... the best possible thing in this world...beats everything....
So I was driving back from work...and it was really too long a drive on empty roads...and I drive real slow...60 is fast...between 40 to 50...usually when I drive down there is a bit of traffic so things are usually a bit interesting...
today was an exception...so I started calling first I called home... then I tried hati...he did not pick his cellphone ( I will abuse him) ...then I called and congratulated Jhamb on his marraige...now...ok...called shubho...told him my situation and started chatting...ok...then I had this bright idea of calling Naveen and conferencing him...oopps...i can't my phone or account does not have this ability...so Naveen said he will conference us both so the conference started and we decided to include Shaji...who then tried to get Arun but then his cell was switched off..so shubho conferenced Sudip...
Now do not be fooled...it was not that easy..inbetween Naveen's cell got disconnected twice and then it hanged...so Shaji finally got the conference back up...
thus we had this circle of Delhi, Gurgaon,Pondi,Kolkata and Mumbai complete...
and it was as usual a nice one hour of chat, lot of abuses...
Good things happen in life when you try...eh

Dinner - Cabbage et le eggs et la veg a la jakas
Now I am not a big fan of cooking...however when I cook...it will be nothing like what I planned...from rock hard basic sponges( Cake) to something completely horrible...I can do it all...so after I came back from office I decided to test my endurance again and cook food for myself...the availability of ingredients that I had were..
1. Garam Masala ( about 1 year old)
2. Cabbage .. I bought it about a week ago
3. beans
4. Shimla Mirch
5. Tomatoes
6. Salt
7. Pepper
8. Eggs
So first I mentally prepared the dish.. the idea was to make a bed of thinly sliced cabbage
parboil( so that the shape is retained) rest of the vegetables and then stir fry them in oil and serve...
However as I started cutting the vegetables I came up with another plan
Just boil everything and eat it like a soup...
Now by the time I cut all the vegetables I forgot both the separate recipes and mashed it into one..so I fried everything and then added water and it lookked really terrible...
So imagine my surprise when I tasted this grub..it was wonderfull... so I decided to name it....
and who knows I might just be famous

Who would I like to get married too - 2
One interesting point..nobody seems to realize.. the brother angle...there has to be a brother in this script else I will end up working...running the business...
I realized it later and then understood how life teaches you so many things...
folks all you have to do is to watch " Kam-chor" and you will realize the importance of the brother...see.. in the movie Rakesh Roshan after getting married has to again work in the factory to win his bride back .... now had he been as brialliant as me he would have just gone ahead and made peace with the brother in law and then he would not had to work at all...
Important lessons
1. you have to have no " EGO"
2. kill your ambition after marraige
3. to make sure that you are pampered get ready to play the game... dirty game
and enjoy the life....

Who would I like to get married too
Who would I like to get married too....
this is good question...especially for me... I have been trying to think about it for some time and came up with the following list of requirements
1. The family should be a rich family.
2. Should be a really rich and willing to give his daughter away to me
3. No hidden costs...the business should not be suffering from bad losses
The way it should work out is...
The families meet, I meet the girl as well ( Not the most important thing...but then), it is decided that the families like each other especially the father is charmed.... and we get married... her father on the day of marriage says.. beta join the business...and I join immediately....her brother who wanted to take over the business did not like this one bit..so I speak to him and handover the business to him... ( Ye le mar)...he is happy..as all he wanted was to run the business and in return and gratitude since I gave him the opportunity to run the business, he decides to give me lakhs of rupees or dollars( I am not too choose y about money) and my wife manages them and invests them also since he was so shamed that he doubted me that he decided to take care of all my expenses..
Sigh.......................................
